Lucida Insights ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data you provide when creating an account, including your name, work email, job title, company, seniority, role, interests, and any optional profile details (bio, location, LinkedIn URL).
Why we process your data. To create and operate your account, deliver the communities and events you join, personalise your dashboard, and — where you opt in — send community updates and event invitations. Our lawful bases are performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) and, for marketing communications, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Sharing. Profile details you choose to publish are visible to other members of communities you join. We use trusted processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under data processing agreements; we do not sell your personal data.
Retention. We keep your account data while your membership is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the ICO. Email hello@lucidainsights.com to exercise any of these rights or to unsubscribe from marketing.
