4. Respect Confidentiality

Do not share confidential, sensitive or proprietary information from your organisation or others without permission. Members should feel comfortable participating in professional discussions responsibly.

5. Keep Discussions Relevant

Please post within the appropriate communities and discussion areas. Staying on-topic helps maintain the quality and usefulness of conversations for all members.

6. Disclose Commercial Interests

If discussing products, services or solutions connected to your organisation, please be transparent about your affiliation. Honest and open disclosure helps maintain trust within the community.

7. Encourage Diverse Perspectives

Members come from different industries, roles and backgrounds. Constructive disagreement and alternative viewpoints are welcome when shared respectfully and professionally.

8. No Misleading or Harmful Content

Do not post false, misleading, offensive or harmful content. Lucida Insights reserves the right to remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect the community experience.

9. Respect Member Privacy

Do not scrape, harvest or misuse member information. Contact details and conversations within the platform should be treated responsibly and professionally.

10. Help Create a Valuable Community

11. Moderation and Enforcement
